Harley Davidson Throttle Grip Compatibility

Compatible with all Harley Davidson motorcycles equipped with a standard 25,4 mm (1 inch) handlebar: Sportster, Dyna, Softail, Touring, V-Rod, and 99% of American customs (Honda Shadow, Yamaha Bolt, Suzuki Boulevard…).

Installation

Right side: Remove the original throttle control, install the KustomTech inner tube, and connect the throttle cables. Left side: Slide onto the handlebars using appropriate adhesive. Allow 30 minutes for basic mechanical work.

FAQ — Throttle Grips

Rubber, brass or Nastro Telato?

Kustom rubber = discreet, firm vintage look. Vintage Deluxe brushable brass = unique patina. Nastro Telato (Italian canvas strap) = authentic café racer look. Choose according to your style.

How to change the grips without damaging the chrome handlebar coating?

For the left side, use a can of compressed air to slide the grip open. For the right side, carefully remove the throttle control; do not use excessive force.
