Barefoot or with a thin sock
At the end of the day, while standing, measure the weight distributed on both feet.

Press your heel against a wall
Place your foot on an A4 sheet of paper, with your heel in the corner between the wall and the floor.

Mark the tip of the big toe
Draw a line perpendicular to the sheet at the most advanced point.

Measure in centimeters
Refer to the table above. Unequal feet? Take the measurement of the longer one.

Between two sizes? Always choose the next size up, the leather will mold to your foot during the first few weeks.
Thick socks? For Tanker, Mountaineer or Explorer boots, worn with wool socks, take +1 EU size.
Goodyear stitched leather Very stiff for the first 2 weeks. The leather softens gradually, don't rely on the feel when trying it on.
High kick or pronounced arch? Opt for Mountaineer (long lace) or Explorer (upward lace) rather than Low Quarters.
First port 1 to 2 hours the first time, then gradually increase. Avoid long walks from day 1.
14-day returns Try your shoes on indoors on a carpet. No returns accepted if the sole shows signs of external wear.
