Fields of application and modification of the conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website holdfast.com
school-of-cool.com reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Our offer
All offers of products, services and delivery methods, at the prices indicated in Euros, are valid in mainland France within the limits of available stocks.
For orders from the European Union, the VAT rate applied is the same as that of France. You will simply have to pay additional shipping costs which will be indicated to you when choosing the delivery method.
For orders from abroad or from the DOM-TOMs, the products will be invoiced to you excluding taxes at the price displayed on the site and the product page and you will have to pay the shipping costs calculated according to the country of destination and the package weight. Upon receipt of the package, you will have to pay customs duties and local VAT depending on the country of destination. The amount of the shipping costs will be indicated to you when choosing the delivery method.

A description with the essential characteristics of the product is present on each item that we sell. However, some minor variations may occur, therefore it is recommended to contact our customer service in case of doubt.
Our teams do what is necessary to render a faithful image of the products offered for sale by the images or photographs used for their presentation. Variations may nevertheless appear, in particular due to technical limitations, color rendering or customer equipment (internet browser, screen used). school-of-cool.com therefore recommends that the customer refer to the description of the products on the site to find out their essential characteristics.
Except in the event of a warranty, any operation between school-of-cool.com and its customers, not disputed within 14 days of delivery, can not give rise to a complaint.
Validation of orders and electronic signature

Order and Payment
The "double-click" that you perform after completing your order form constitutes the validation of it and will be worth irrevocable acceptance of all the conditions provided below.
The prices mentioned are in Euros (€) including VAT. The different delivery options (accompanied by their prices) are presented during the ordering process and specified in the summary thereof. In the event of delivery of products outside French territory, customs taxes and formalities are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated. The customer then undertakes to check the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the territory of the country of delivery.
The products offered for direct sale by school of cool are those which appear on the site, on the day of consultation of the said site by the Internet user, and within the limit of available stocks. In the case of temporary or permanent unavailability of one of the products, the company will inform Internet users of this through its site or by sending an email to a valid email address provided by the customer. The company will then offer you the replacement of the product ordered by an equivalent product (quality and price), or a credit note, or to exercise your right of rescission (cancellation of your order).
The prices of the products can be modified at any time by the company, but no modification of the price will be possible for a sale already concluded; however, in the event of an obvious typographical error, leading to the display of a "vile price", the company reserves the right to cancel the sale.
To pay for his order, the customer has his choice of all the payment methods referred to in the ordering process and presented on the company's website. He guarantees to the company that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order.
school of cool guarantees that the payment is secured by SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) in order to protect as effectively as possible all the data related to the means of payment.
If payment is made by credit card, the final validation of the order occurs upon full payment (unless special provisions) thereof.
Shipping
The delivery of your items will be by post or carrier. All orders will be prepared the same day and shipped the next day, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays and unless your payment has not been validated: we are waiting for the bank to validate your order by credit card before shipping it. The deadlines are to be considered according to the date of shipment:
- Metropolitan France: 2 – 4 working days
- Europe: 4-6 working days
-International and DOM-TOM: 10 – 15 working days
In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of your package, you will receive a delivery notice mentioning the date and the address where you can collect your package on presentation of an identity document. From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, you have 15 days to collect your package. After this time, it will be automatically returned to its sender.
Late delivery:
In the event of a delay in delivery, please inform the company by sending an email to the address listed in the "Contact" section of the site. If the delay exceeds the expected delivery date by 7 days during the ordering process, you can resolve it, according to the methods indicated in the article “Returns and Refunds”.
Incomplete or non-compliant delivery (due to the carrier):
It is possible that the package is damaged or that the contents thereof have been partially or totally stolen or damaged. If you notice such an error, please mention it on the carrier's voucher and refuse the product by returning it to us. In the event that you become aware of this error after the departure of the carrier, please report it to us within a maximum of 72 working hours following receipt of the order. In accordance with article 133-3 of the Commercial Code, please send your reasoned protest by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier, within 3 days (not including public holidays).
Incomplete or non-compliant delivery (due to the company):
Despite the care taken in preparing orders, it is possible that a product is missing from it, or that an error has occurred during preparation. If you notice such an error, please report it to us as soon as possible and if possible within 72 working hours following receipt of the order, by sending an email to the address listed in the "Contact" section of the site, and we send you the missing products as soon as possible; no additional shipping costs will be required.
Lost package:
In the event that a package is lost by one of our carriers, please inform us as soon as possible. We will carry out a survey with the services concerned.
Return And Refund
In accordance with article L121-16 and 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days to exercise their right of withdrawal. This period runs from the receipt of the order by the customer. Return shipping costs will remain the full responsibility of the customer. The products must be returned complete, in a state suitable for their marketing.

In the event of an exchange of articles, the costs of re-shipment are borne by the school-of-cool company.
In accordance with Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, we will indicate to you when placing your order the maximum date of delivery thereof. In the case of an overrun of 7 working days from this delivery date (except in cases of force majeure within the meaning of the Law), you will have the option of pronouncing the cancellation of your order by Registered Letter with Acknowledgment of receipt within 60 days from the original delivery date. In this case, we will reimburse you for all the sums paid (excluding any return costs), and this within a maximum period of 30 days following receipt of your Registered Letter.
You made a mistake when choosing your size or the product, and you want an exchange: you must send us the goods by post, including a copy of your initial invoice and a full explanation of your return on plain paper ;
Any product returned for an exchange or a refund must be sent in its original packaging to the address appearing in the “Contact” section of the site; returns of degraded, washed and/or worn products will be refused.
