When to install it?
If you have any doubts, first perform the brake pedal free play test: soft pedal feel, seepage around the piston, or excessive travel before the brake engages. This kit contains everything you need to rebuild the inside of your master cylinder. Allow 30 minutes of workshop time, a clean work surface, and fresh brake fluid for the final bleed.
Compatibility and assembly

Hydraulic brakes offer modern, progressive braking with precise modulation. Cable (mechanical) brakes require more effort but give the pure vintage look of old-school choppers.

Does the system need to be bled?
