Our Blue Striped “Folsom Prison” Denim 14oz Convict Pants made by Hold Fast are a must-have for kustom japan style lovers.

Designed specifically for riders, these 100% cotton 14oz canvas pants offer a vintage '30s look while being built to carve the road.

The prisoner style is highlighted by the blue and white stripes on the white denim, giving a unique look to these pants.

The striped back pocket is adorned with Hold Fast embroidery, while Hold Fast engraved metal buttons add an extra touch of detail. The black buttons allow the suspenders to be fixed in the style of the 30s.

The pants also have a brass Hook/D Ring on the loop, ideal for attaching your wallet or key chain, as well as a vintage martingale with brass tightening buckle at the back for a perfect fit. FOLSOM PRISON:

Built in 1880, the prison of Folsom, California, is the oldest prison in the state with that of San Quentin. Reputed to be strict, 92 death sentences by hanging have taken place there.

Famous inmates like Charles Manson or Sonny Barger passed through the walls of Folsom.

Its notoriety was gained following Johnny Cash's song "Folsom Prison Blues" recorded there in 1968 in front of an audience of prisoners and guards, whose shouts and applause can be heard on the album.

   Lay flat Trousers that fit you perfectly, well laid out, without creases.

   Measure the waist Edge to edge in centimeters. That's the flat width, not the full waist measurement.

   Compare the value obtained with the "Flat Width" column of the table above to identify your US size.

   Check the crotch on a pair of long trousers that fit you well, from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg.

03 Tips for making the right choice

Between two sizes?

Choose the next size up. Heavyweight denim (14 and 16 oz) stretches slightly with wear and regains its shape after washing.

Generous length

Our pants are 34" US from size 30. You can adjust the hem or turn it up for a vintage look and reveal the inside Hold Fast label.

Vintage turned-back hem

Allow an extra 10 to 15 cm in length if you plan to wear the hem turned up in the authentic convict style.

Motorcycle comfort

For riding a Bobber or Chopper, a slightly loose fit around the thigh makes it easier to sit flat or in a "Jesus" position. There's no need for tight-fitting pants.
