The 1944 N-1 Deck Jacket was issued to all US Navy personnel during World War II. From Normandy to the Pacific Islands, it became one of the most worn and popular jackets of the American armed forces in the 1940s. This Waxed Navy version features authentic navy blue, waxed in three layers for water resistance and a developing patina. Made from 400 g/m² jungle cloth with a virgin wool lining: a warm, waterproof, and historically accurate N-1.

The 100% cotton, 400 g/m² jungle cloth , waxed with three successive layers, faithfully reproduces the density and feel of the original N1 Navy uniforms. The deep navy blue , the official color of US Navy uniforms, gains character over the years thanks to the wax patina.

The warm and breathable 100% woven wool lining makes the N1 Navy a true winter jacket. The vintage 1940s bell-shaped Talon zip , the official Spec. Label , the round-knit cuffs , and the stand-up collar complete this faithful re-edition.
